African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) under the Strengthening African Leadership for Climate Adaption (SALCA) initiative had a Capacity Need Assessment (CNA) validation workshop after identifying the Horn Economic and Social Policy Institute (HESPI) capacity needs on November 8 – 11, 2022 in Addis Ababa.
